Create Enterprise (first-time setup)

If you haven't created an enterprise yet, follow these steps:

1. Enter your callback URL and click Get Signup URL.
2. Open the signup URL in a browser and complete the setup.
3. Google will redirect to your callback URL with an enterpriseToken. Paste it below.
4. Click Create Enterprise and save the enterprise name as ENTERPRISE_ID.
